Louise is an experienced and qualified organisation leader, executive coach and team coach with a Masters in Organisation Behaviour from Trinity. In organisations she has led organisations in the areas of HR, Operations, Quality and General Management. She has over 21 years’ experience coaching and developing leaders, as a facilitator, an executive coach and a team coach.
She has worked across sectors, including legal, financial, public sector including universities, pharma, medical devices, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, fintech to name a few. She supports both global and local teams, in small, medium and large organisations. Louise is passionate about understanding how individuals, teams and organisations think and act and how to unleash their potential. She is fascinated with all of the recent insights into neuroscience and uses these insights in all engagements. Louise has worked closely with a number of senior leadership teams with a focus on high performance and the strong relations needed to enable this.

TEAM COACH
Tony comes with international management experience encompasses Ireland, the UK, United States and a number of Middle Eastern countries; in each case he was responsible for large teams of people in both multi-unit and multi-cultural environments. He has a wealth of practical ‘hands on’ management & leadership experience. He is a certified team coach and holds an MBA from the renowned Henley Business School
He has worked across sectors including banking, airlines, public sector including the Defence Forces and a number of universities, semi state sector, retail, hospitality and start-ups. Tony’s passion is unleashing the potential in teams in both new and existing organisations.
MARK FENTON
ONE TO ONE COACH
Mark has over 20 years’ experience in global financial organisations), with a proven track record in finance, business development, HR and support function strategies. Mark has lived and worked in several global capitals. He is a qualified executive coach and is an active member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council
Mark’s focus is on unlocking the potential and power of for organisations and individuals and leveraging this through an inclusive culture. He works with individuals (of all levels within big and small organisations) to help them unlock their own potential and realise their ambitions through transformative coaching. He also acts as a mentor to businesses in Ireland and the UK.
PATRICIA BYRON
ONE TO ONE AND TEAM COACH
Patricia has over 25 years’ experience working in organisations from customer service to senior management level. She is a qualified executive coach, holds a Master in Learning and Teaching, is a Systemic Team Coach and a licensed NLP practitioner. Patricia is one of the first accredited Corporate Wellbeing coaches in Ireland.
She has supported the development of clients, individually and as teams in sectors including financial, manufacturing, services, pharma, software, hospitality, retail, universities, insurance and many others. In her work with client’s, Patricia draws on a unique insight into the challenges faced by organisations and understands how to unite the developmental needs of the individual with the needs of the organisation. Patricia is passionate about lifelong learning, building capacity and capability in everyone she works with and uncovering where and how they do their best work and supporting them to enable this.
As a corporate wellbeing coach Patricia bridges using proven models, tools and techniques to facilitate wellbeing conversations in organisations.
MATTHEW TYE

Matthew brings an extensive knowledge and experience of operational management in industry to the Invisio coaching team. He is a qualified executive coach and holds a honours degree in Human Resource Management.
He has earned an enviable reputation with our clients for delivering development solutions that add real value to both the organisation and the individuals themselves. He has worked across a broad range of sectors including legal, medical devices, pharma, financial and public sector. Matthew is known for his ability to manage the fine balance between empathy and directness when working with clients to enable them to do their best work.
KATHLEEN HALLIGAN

Kathleen works with senior and executive leaders, individually or as teams, in the role of coach, to support a wide range of business outcomes, be it business planning & strategy, organisation design and effectiveness, change implementation, or personal style and impact. Kathleen challenges her clients to experiment with new ways of thinking, always focused on delivering desired outcomes and results.
Kathleen worked in-house for over 25 years in senior OD and Executive Development roles, both nationally and internationally. Her experience has been gained in a range of sectors including Banking & Finance, Professional Services, Utilities & Energy, and Pharma. Since moving into a consulting role Kathleen has broadened her client portfolio to include Public Sector departments and services, FMCG, and Retail. A Chartered Business Psychologist, and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of People Development, Kathleen is an evidence-based practitioner who continuously invests in her own personal development to ensure she is up-to-date with the latest research and practices. An accredited coach, Kathleen is also certified in a wide range of personality and emotional intelligence questionnaires and inventories as well as being an NLP practitioner.
